Cookies Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 1 September 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website, used, among other things, to keep you signed in or remember preferences. This policy is provided in compliance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
2. Cookies used by EyeHub
EyeHub only uses strictly necessary technical cookies required for the platform to work, mainly to authenticate your session securely. These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE, which is why no cookie consent banner is currently displayed.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Supabase (first-party authentication) | Keeping the user securely signed in (access and refresh tokens). | Session / until token expiry |
__vercel_* | Vercel (hosting infrastructure) | Technical infrastructure cookies the hosting provider may set to serve the application securely. | Session / short-lived |
Performance measurement (Vercel Speed Insights) works without cookies and without identifying the user.
3. Third-party and analytics cookies
EyeHub currently uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If any are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent will be requested through a cookie configuration banner, in line with the AEPD cookie guidance.
4. How to delete or block cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking technical cookies will prevent you from signing in to the platform. Instructions for the main browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
5. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated whenever the cookies we use change. For any question, write to legal@emmetropes.com.
